The McDonalds mobile website has an easy to use navigation that opens up by clicking on the pull tab.
Using conventions from their restaurant we’re already familiar with – pull tabs which reveal information underneath – the navigation is always available while not taking up space when not in use.
They also make it easy to switch back to the full site and/or view the website in french.

Smart phones are becoming increasingly popular with some unpredictable consequences. As consumers get their hands on the these web ready tools, they are getting comfortable with using them to make purchases.
PayPal has recently shared some statistics on the number of mobile payments being made. And they are growing, Exponentially.
In 2006 about $1 million in mobile transactions were made, by 2011, this figure increase to $4 billion! Yes, billions. During a conference in January eBay CEO John Donahue announced that mobile payments are expected to grow to $7 billion in 2012.
It is easy to see why most experts agree that mobile payments will surpass desktop by 2015.
